Hi, My name is Sara Cole

Here’s how I see it; Parenting is hard.Adoptive parenting is harder. And our kids need us so profoundly. I know from first-hand experience that adoptive parenting can feel overwhelming and be very isolating.

That sense of loneliness, overwhelm and lack of support is the main reason why I became an adoptive parenting coach.

I help adoptive parents whose kids are struggling and who are struggling with their kids to get to a place where they actually enjoy parenting again.

The Collect Your Kids practice is one I use at home, and one of the first recommendations I make to the families who come to me for support.

So download it, learn it, experiment with it, and then come tell me all about it over at my Facebook page.
